Illustrates results of the 2020/2021 Research centered on the innovation trends in the agri-food sector, responding to emerging challenges and addressing the United Nations 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals. Presented in particular are the Goals most pursued by agri-food startups and the three work directions to focus on identified by the Observatory that encompass all Agri-food sector players, through a detailed study of some innovations and successful practices of particular interest and the analysis of the enabling factors and of the barriers that encourage or hinder implementation.
