Now in its twelfth edition, the Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory, aims to identify the evolution directions of organizational, business, and relationship models of law firms, chartered accountants and labor consulting firms, highlighting the role of digital technologies In the process of change, in the strategic and operational spheres.
Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory Research
As part of the annual edition, the Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory conducts the following Research activities within the digitalization field of Professional firms:
- contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about the potential of digital technologies in legal and business professional studies (with regard also to advanced technologies and Artificial Intelligence);
- contribute to achieving increased awareness of the role of the Legal and Business Professions in fostering the development of the corporate world;
- Promote opportunities for discussion to support professional firms in building their own “adequate organizational structure” to create value for clients;
- identify current trends and outline future changes in the organizational, relationship, and business models of professional firms;
- analyze the requirements and tools that can redirect the demand and supply of digital technologies, enabling different players to fine-tune their service portfolios;
- develop research paths in collaboration with representative Institutions and Associations, firms and companies;
- promote innovation culture, rewarding excellence in professional firms that can engender emulation processes.
