Now in its eleventh edition, the Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory, aims to identify the evolution directions of organizational, business, and relationship models of law firms, certified accountant, business consulting, and multidiscipline professional service firms, highlighting the role of digital technologies in managing the strategic and operational change process.
Objectives of the Observatory
Now in its eleventh edition, the Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory, aims to identify the evolution directions of organizational, business, and relationship models of law firms, certified accountant, business consulting, and multidiscipline professional service firms, highlighting the role of digital technologies in managing the strategic and operational change process.
Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory Research
As part of the annual edition, the Digital Innovation for Professional Firms Observatory conducts the following Research activities within the digitalization field of Professional firms:
- help achieve greater awareness of the role of Professionals in the implementation of the NRRP;
- identify current trends and trace future trends in the organizational, relational, and business models of professional firms, also based on the strategic directions suggested by the NRRP for the development of the Country System;
- jointly define the digital maturity and the impact on the value generated by client companies, highlighting any divergence between the services provided by the firms and the services required by companies;
- contribute to the creation and dissemination of knowledge on the potential of Artificial Intelligence instruments for Professional Firms by presenting opportunities for debate, reasoning on the potential of AI, Augmented Intelligence and Distributed Artificial Intelligence;
- analyze the needs and the instruments capable of redirecting the supply and demand of digital technologies, enabling the various players to fine-tune their service portfolios;
- develop research lines in close collaboration with Institutions and representative associations, professional firms and companies;
- promote the innovation culture in professional firms by rewarding excellence aiming to drive emulation.
