The remaining chapters are derived from primary data collection through extensive surveys targeting large end-user companies from different European countries, Italian Small and Medium Enterprises, and actors offering AI solutions and services in Italy. The results obtained from the empirical surveys were discussed and validated through three closed-door meetings with supporting companies.
