Center for Digital Regulation Strategy
Analysis of the regulatory challenges and opportunities related to digital innovation, in support of decision-makers in the public and private sectors, conducted by the Center for Digital Regulation Strategy (CDRS) at Politecnico di Milano.
Objectives of the Observatory
The Center for Digital Regulation Strategy was established in 2026 to address the growing need to understand and govern digital innovation from a legislative perspective — an area that is increasingly a source of uncertainty for companies and institutions alike.
The Center promotes multi-stakeholder communication to support public and private players in bridging the gap between innovation and regulation, developing compliance and regulatory strategies for sustainable technological development
