The European Digital Tech Watch and the Intelligent Business Process Automation Observatory are jointly organizing an international event to assess where major European companies stand in terms of digitalization. The two-day event will also host the Intelligent Automation Congress, the annual gathering of the Intelligent Automation community — a network of professionals from across Europe and beyond.

March 3rd, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Aula Carassa Dadda
Opening of the event and first part of the Intelligent Automation Congress

Attendance: only in-person

March 4th, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM – Aula De Carli
Plenary session presenting the research results of the two involved Observatories.
Research results from surveys, interviews, and focus groups involving over 1,000 large companies across Europe will be presented. These findings explore the key directions companies are taking on technological topics such as computing, data management, cybersecurity, and AI & Automation. The Intelligent Business Process Automation Observatory will focus on process automation opportunities, discussing use cases, technological choices and challenges within enterprises. The impact of AI & Automation on jobs will also be addressed.

Second part of the Intelligent Automation Congress.
The congress workshops will include both theoretical contributions and hands-on sessions.

For in-person attendees, there will be dedicated networking moments and a networking area with stands to foster connections and collaboration. ONLY the morning session will be available remotely via streaming.
